Italian vs Chinese Mills

Luxury vs Affordability

Italian mills are known for their long history, tradition, and high-quality fabrics, often using premium materials like cashmere, silk, and fine wool. They focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and luxury. At Saviero we deal with many prestigious Italian mills including Ermenegildo Zegna, Guabello, E.Thomas & Loro Piana.

Chinese mills, on the other hand, are known for their large-scale production and cost-effective manufacturing. They often produce a wide range of fabrics, including synthetic materials, and cater to various price points. At Saviero we also have a wide variety of collections made in China and priced at a more affordable range.

While both countries have mills that produce quality fabrics, Italian mills are generally associated with luxury and craftsmanship, while Chinese mills are known for affordability and mass production.
